You agree to provide accurate information, respond to project communications in a reasonable timeframe, and hold rights to any materials you supply.

Each project is governed by a written proposal describing scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. Changes to scope may require an addendum and pricing adjustment.

Invoices are payable per the terms defined in the proposal, typically 50% on start and 50% on completion (or milestone-based). Late payments may incur fees.

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of custom deliverables produced specifically for their project. Third-party licenses, open-source components, and our internal tooling remain under their respective licenses.

All content on this website is the property of CJ Solutions unless otherwise noted. You may not reuse it without permission.

Our work may integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability or terms of those services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CJ Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Either party may terminate a project per the terms of the signed proposal. Fees for completed work remain payable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CJ Solutions operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
